Shipping policy

We aim to process and deliver all book orders safely and within the estimated delivery time.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment and order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during unforeseen circumstances may require additional processing time.

Delivery Time

  • Within Rajasthan: Generally 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Outside Rajasthan: Generally 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery to remote or difficult-to-reach locations may take additional time.

The above delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, natural events, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed. Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location, order weight, and applicable shipping arrangements.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you through the contact details provided at the time of placing the order. You may use the tracking information to check the shipment status with the applicable courier/logistics partner.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN code and contact number. We shall not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address or the recipient being unavailable to receive the shipment.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or other reasons attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch, where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipment

If you receive a package that appears significantly damaged, or if you receive a wrong, defective, or materially different book from the one ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/video of the package and the product received.

Such cases will be reviewed and, where applicable, resolved through replacement in accordance with our Return & Replacement Policy.

Delivery Delays

We make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable e-commerce rules.

This Shipping Policy is applicable to orders shipped within India, including the State of Rajasthan, and may be updated from time to time to reflect operational or legal requirements.
