Refund policy

We generally do not accept returns or cancellations after an order has been confirmed, including returns due to change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong product.

Note: Please review your order carefully before placing it, including book titles, editions, and delivery addresses.

However, if you receive a wrong, defective, damaged, incomplete, or materially different book from the product ordered, you may contact us for a replacement.

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, preferably with clear photographs/video of the package and the received product. The product may be required to be returned for verification before a replacement is approved.

Replacement will be provided only after verification of the reported issue and subject to product availability. We do not provide refunds merely because a customer has changed their mind or is dissatisfied with the content after purchase.

Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict or exclude any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable e-commerce rules.

This policy is subject to applicable laws and regulations in force in India, including those applicable in the State of Rajasthan.
