No Guarantee of Examination Result

Our educational resources are intended to support learning and examination preparation.

We do not guarantee:

selection in any examination;
appointment or government employment;
a particular rank;
a particular score or marks;
passing any examination; or
any specific academic or professional outcome.

Examination results depend on multiple factors, including individual preparation, examination conditions, competition, official evaluation and other circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property Rights

All original educational content created, commissioned or lawfully licensed by Om digital study, including:

video lectures;
notes;
original question banks;
mock tests;
graphics;
course materials;
e-books;
software elements;
logos;
designs; and
other original materials

is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party materials, trademarks, logos, government publications, publicly available information and other content belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to the User.

Limited Personal Licence

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant the User a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access the purchased digital Services for personal educational use.

This licence does not permit the User to:

resell the content;
redistribute the content;
commercially exploit the content;
share paid course access;
upload content to Telegram, YouTube, Google Drive or similar platforms;
reproduce substantial portions of the content;
provide access to another person; or
use our content to create a competing commercial service.

Prohibited Use and Content Protection

Without our prior written permission, users must not:

screen-record paid classes or protected digital content;
use unauthorised downloading or extraction tools;
copy or reproduce paid course material for redistribution;
share login credentials;
sell, rent, sublicense or transfer account access;
distribute PDFs, videos, tests or other protected materials;
upload our paid content to social-media or file-sharing platforms;
circumvent technical protection or access controls;
attempt to reverse engineer the Platform; or
use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

Unauthorised use may result in suspension or termination of access and may also result in civil or criminal action where available under applicable law.

Single-User Account Policy

User accounts are personal and non-transferable.

We may modify, update or replace educational content where reasonably necessary to correct errors, update information, reflect syllabus changes, improve quality or comply with applicable requirements.

Pricing and Payments

Prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change.

The applicable price at the time of successful purchase will generally apply to that transaction, subject to technical errors, promotional terms or applicable law.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.

We are not responsible for failures caused solely by a payment gateway, bank, card issuer, UPI provider or other third-party payment service, although we will reasonably assist the User in resolving transaction-related issues.

Digital Products — Cancellation and Refund

Because digital courses, e-books, test series and other digital products may become accessible immediately after purchase or activation, such purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been activated or the digital content has been made available.

However, this restriction does not exclude any refund, cancellation or other remedy that may be required under applicable law or that we expressly approve under our applicable refund policy.

Physical Books and Products — Replacement Policy

We generally do not accept returns or provide refunds for physical books or products merely because of change of mind, incorrect selection or other non-defective reasons.

If a product is received:

physically damaged;
defective;
incomplete;
materially different from the product ordered; or
with missing pages or other manufacturing/fulfilment defects,

the customer should contact us within 24 hours of delivery at help@omdigitalstudy.com and provide appropriate photographs and/or an unboxing video where available.

After verification, we may provide a replacement or other appropriate remedy in accordance with our applicable policy and applicable law.

An unboxing video may assist in verification but will not be treated as the sole or absolute condition where applicable law provides otherwise.

Shipping and Delivery

Physical products will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the User.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

destination;
courier availability;
weather;
holidays;
logistics disruptions;
incorrect or incomplete address information; and

The User is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Promotions, Discounts and Offers
